1 gcup6 General Terms of Use

Gcup6 is an online betting platform operating to provide entertainment services to eligible adult users. All services provided by gcup6, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, video slots and table games, are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the gcup6 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all provisions in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the gcup6 platform.

Gcup6 reserves the right to change, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the gcup6 platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the member's responsibility to review this document from time to time.

2 Membership Eligibility

To register and use gcup6 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration
• Be a legally eligible individual within the jurisdiction of your place of residence
• Not included on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition issued by any authority
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of any third party
• Never previously blacklisted or suspended by gcup6
• Not acting as an agent or representative of any unauthorized organization

Gcup6 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify member eligibility. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, bank statement or other supporting documents deemed necessary by the gcup6 compliance team. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one gcup6 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different information or different devices, are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining funds and bonuses.

Members are fully responsible for ensuring their account information is accurate, complete and up to date at all times. The full name registered must exactly match the name on your official identification document, as gcup6 will only process withdrawals to bank accounts matching the registered member's name.

• Password must be at least 8 characters long, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers
• Do not share your login credentials with any other party
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security
• Notify gcup6 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account

Gcup6 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access arising from a member's negligence or failure to protect their login credentials.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Gcup6 supports a variety of secure and trusted deposit methods including DuitNow, FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and various other e-wallets listed on the platform. All deposits are credited instantly upon successful transaction verification.

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 for most payment methods
• Maximum deposit: Subject to account limits and verification level
• All deposits must use a payment method registered under the member's own name
• Gcup6 does not accept deposits from third parties
• Any deposit that cannot be identified will be returned within 3–5 business days

5 Fund Withdrawal & Procedures

Gcup6 processes withdrawals quickly and transparently. Most withdrawal requests will be completed within 5 to 15 minutes upon successful verification. However, some cases may require longer processing times, particularly for requests involving large amounts or those requiring additional review.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30
• Daily withdrawal limit: Subject to member account tier
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same member's name
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn
• Gcup6 does not charge any additional fees for standard withdrawal processing

For withdrawals exceeding certain limits, gcup6 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents including recent bank statements and proof of source of funds. This is a standard compliance procedure that requires member cooperation to ensure withdrawals are processed smoothly.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

Gcup6 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to eligible members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. General conditions applicable to all gcup6 bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met before bonus balance can be converted to cash
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms
• Players who use low-risk wagering strategies to complete rollover requirements may have their bonuses forfeited
• Gcup6 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts

7 Game & Betting Rules

All games available at gcup6 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently certified by accredited international audit bodies. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including gcup6 itself.

For live Sports Betting, the odds displayed are accurate at the time the bet is placed. However, gcup6 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of technical errors, incorrect odds, or exceptional circumstances affecting the integrity of the wager. In such cases, the affected bets will be refunded to the member's account.

• Game results recorded by the gcup6 server are final
• Any disputed outcome must be raised within 72 hours
• Live Casino games are subject to the table rules of their respective game providers
• Gcup6 is not responsible for game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the member's end

8 Prohibited Activities & Misuse

Gcup6 enforces a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, abuse and illegal activity. The following are strictly prohibited on the gcup6 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence methods to play or place bets
• Bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Collusion between players in poker or table games
• Money laundering or use of funds obtained through illegal means
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of gcup6 systems
• Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information
• Any action intended to defraud gcup6 or other players

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the gcup6 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances will be returned to the member via the registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Gcup6 also reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity
• Requests from relevant legal authorities
• Failure to submit the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member on responsible gaming grounds

10 gcup6 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, gcup6 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the gcup6 platform, including but not limited to loss of wins, service interruptions, or data loss.

Gcup6 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. However, we are committed to ensuring optimal uptime and will make every effort to resolve any technical disruptions promptly. Any prolonged service interruptions will be communicated to members through official gcup6 communication channels.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Gcup6 takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the gcup6 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to gcup6 handling your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Gcup6 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and gcup6 servers. Members' personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties without member consent, except as required for payment processing, legal compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

12 Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

Any official notices or communications from gcup6 to members will be sent via the registered email address or through in-platform notifications. Members are deemed to have received such communications within 24 hours of dispatch.
